e-AFOQT Voucher Acquisition

To obtain a voucher code for the e-AFOQT (Air Force Officer Qualifying Test), follow these steps:

Locate the nearest PearsonVue Testing Site
Fill out the form below and email it to your Testing Control Office (TCO) at keith.hingel@us.af.mil
Only request voucher number when ready to test. Must use voucher within two weeks from date of issue.

Your TCO will email you the Voucher Code within 1-3 days.
